Information we collect
We collect what you tell us: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact channel, location, and the facts of your legal matter as you describe them during the AI intake conversation or in a contact or consultation form. We also collect basic technical data such as the page you submitted from.
How we use it
Your information is used to classify your matter, assess urgency, generate a case summary, match you with a licensed attorney in the appropriate practice area and jurisdiction, and communicate with you about your matter across the channels you choose.
AI processing
Your intake conversation is processed by an AI model to classify the matter and produce a summary. The model does not provide legal advice and does not make decisions about your legal rights. A licensed attorney reviews your matter before advising you.
Who we share it with
Case details are shared with the independent, licensed attorney matched to your matter, and with service providers who host our infrastructure or process communications on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Confidentiality and privilege
Communications with our intake assistant occur before any attorney–client relationship is formed and may not be privileged. Privilege generally attaches once you engage an attorney. We treat all intake information as confidential regardless.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to personnel and attorneys who need it to handle your matter.
Retention
Intake records are retained for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Contact us using the details below.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date shown on this page.
