Not a law firm
MyAttorneyAI is a legal technology platform. We are not a law firm and we do not practice law. Attorneys in our network are independent professionals licensed in their own jurisdictions and are solely responsible for the legal services they provide.
No attorney–client relationship
Using this website, the AI intake assistant, or any contact channel does not create an attorney–client relationship. That relationship is formed only when you and an attorney sign a written engagement agreement.
No legal advice
Content on this site and output from the AI intake assistant is general information only. It is not legal advice, does not predict outcomes or case values, and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
Accuracy of information you provide
You agree to provide accurate information during intake. Case classification, urgency scoring and attorney matching depend on what you tell us. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or misdirect your matter.
Deadlines and urgency
Legal matters are subject to statutes of limitation and filing deadlines. We make no guarantee that using this platform will preserve any deadline. If your matter is urgent, call us directly rather than relying on an online submission.
Attorney matching
We aim to match every eligible matter with an appropriate attorney, but we do not guarantee that an attorney will accept your matter, that a match will occur within any timeframe, or that any particular attorney will be available.
Fees
AI intake and case review are provided at no cost. Any fees for legal services are agreed directly between you and the attorney you engage, before work begins.
Acceptable use
You may not use this platform to submit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Intellectual property
All content, branding and software on this site are owned by MyAttorneyAI or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAttorneyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, or for the acts or omissions of independent attorneys in our network.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
